We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 25.1. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person/order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In an event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail or phone number provided at the time the order was made. 25.2. Payments
Payments made through our website for the use of any of our services or merchandise are facilitated through a third-party service provider (www.stripe.com). We may provide such service providers with information regarding your credit card or other payment instruments. You represent and warrant that such information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument. You will be responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase of merchandise through the Service.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
25.3. Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The buyer pays for return shipping and there is will be a 20% restocking fee. Only damaged items are eligible for a return, the eligible items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you must contact info@sikhsinclinicalresearch.com, if your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package with a return reference number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions at info@sikhsinclinicalresearch.com. The mentioned return policy applies only to physical products. For return or cancellation of Services rendered from SICR please refer to the signed contract for specific service.
25.4. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
25.5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The buyer pays for the return of the original item and there will be a 20% restocking fee.
25.6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
26. JOB BOARD
26.1 Rules
1. The Job Board of the SICR website is provided as a service of the Association. SICR reserves the right to remove and/or decline postings deemed not in the best interests of SICR.
2. Those requesting posting employment opportunities on the job board shall abide by all local, state, and federal laws with regard to hiring and employment. Such users shall be prohibited from posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, “club membership,” distributorship, or sales representative agency arrangement or other opportunities that requires an up-front or periodic payment or recruitment of other members, sub-distributors, or sub-agents.
3. Users are prohibited from distributing any information subject to trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights except with the express consent of the owner of the rights.
4. Posted information will not be treated as confidential.
5. The Job Board is not to be used in a manner that violates the bylaws or any other policies, procedures, rules, or regulations of SICR.
26.2 Job Board- Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
SICR assumes no liability or responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of the employment opportunities or biographical information posted, the truthfulness or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer employment opportunities to candidates, or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. NEVERTHELESS, SICR RETAINS THE RIGHT TO MONITOR POSTED INFORMATION AND REMOVE MATERIALS THAT IT BELIEVES ARE NOT IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE ASSOCIATION.
SICR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE HOST OF THE JOB BOARD, ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE Job Board, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE USER IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
USERS ACCESSING THE Job Board SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD SICR HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES) RELATING TO ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF THE USERS OR TO MATERIALS OR INFORMATION TRANSMITTED BY USERS IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR USE OF THE JOB BOARD.
26.3 Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Illinois regardless of its choice of law rules. In addition, users consent to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Illinois in the event of any dispute between the parties.
26.4 Amendment
SICR reserves the right to modify or change the rules of the Job Board as it determines from time to time in the best interests of the Association.
26.5 For Employers/Recruiters advertising on Job Board
SICR reserves the right to use your provided information to promote job listing on our Social Media page (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and may tag you/company. If you would like to feature any research and healthcare job postings on our website, please contact us for details. Ads should be of reasonable word length and should include your contact info so candidates can contact you directly OR you can also include a link to the job description in the ad and we can direct the candidates to your website. Ads are added and removed from our website on a monthly cycle.

27. Speakers
Speakers including but not limited to Guest Speakers, Guest Instructors, Ambassadors, who may use our platform for presentations are expected to present data that is accurate, relevant, and does not violate copyright. The opinions of the speakers are of their own and do not reflect the opinion of the Organization.
The speakers are expected to have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions for any third party intellectual property including, but not limited to, music, video, or other media are shown as part of their presentation; the organization is not responsible for investigating or confirming third party rights are being violated.
The speakers are also expected to present in a professional and civil manner.
28. Membership
SICR membership fee is $100/year. It can be renewed annually. Membership will be terminated after one year automatically unless it is renewed. The membership fee is non-refundable. Members agree not to share webinars and/or meeting invites or any communication from SICR with anyone else unless otherwise stated. The Member will not hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership. The Member agrees that the Organization cannot guarantee any direct benefits from the membership. Any and all membership benefits may be revoked or changed at any time without notice to the member.
The Organization will not share any contact or personal information of members with any third parties except the partner companies (New Life Clinical Research, LLC and ClinBoost). The Organization has a right to terminate the Member’s membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated and/or at the organization's own sole discretion. The Member can terminate their membership at any point and for any reason but no refunds will be provided in either case. The membership will be terminated automatically if the organization files for bankruptcy or ceases to do business.
If the member has a dispute with any other member (or members), the member shall release the organization (and its officers, agents, directors, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees, ambassadors, advisors, paid and/or unpaid staff, volunteers) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Member shall not hold Organization responsible for other members' actions or inactions.
29. No agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this agreement.
30. Team ups

31. Speakers/Members/Sponsors/Ambassadors
Whether it is a speaker, advisor, member, sponsor, or ambassador, the relationship to the ORGANIZATION is that of an independent contractor, and nothing will be deemed to establish any other relationship such as employer-employee, principal-agent, partners, or joint ventures. During their involvement in the organization, their pictures and videos could be used for promotional purposes through any of the Organization’s social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and ORGANIZATION websites, etc.). They all release and waive any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses as a result of, or arising from their participation. Everyone shall maintain an environment free of discrimination, including harassment, bullying, or retaliation when and where ever those individuals are conducting ORGANIZATION business or participating in ORGANIZATION events or activities. Everyone shall indemnify, release, defend, and hold harmless ORGANIZATION, its directors, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of a third-party claim, action, or proceeding, based directly or indirectly on any breach of anyone's warranties contained herein or arising from or relating to anyone's performance or participation in the organization. ORGANIZATION reserves the right to terminate the relationship at any time with or without giving a reason via email/mail. Everyone agrees that they gain/claim no financial interest from their participation in the organization. If ORGANIZATION makes any direct/indirect benefit from their participation in the organization's activities including but not limited to financial, and promotional; they have no claim over such benefits. Everyone understands that his/her invitation to participate can be revoked at ORGANIZATION’s sole discretion if they fail to comply with any of the above obligations. Everyone acknowledges that they have read and understood this document and what it means with respect to their participation.

Sharing your personal information: If you are attending webinars with us and/or participating in our community events, we may use your photos and videos for testimonials and/or to post on our website and/or on our social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Google. You should be aware that your publicly identifiable information could also be used to send you promotional, unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personal information which you have chosen to display.
If you do not want us to feature you on our website or on our social media channels, you can write an email to info@sikhsinclinicalresearch.com, and we will delete any graphics with your information. The Organization will not share any contact or personal information of you with any third parties except the partner companies (New Life Clinical Research, LLC and ClinBoost), however, to opt-out, you can email info@sikhsinclinicalresearch.com
TERMS OF SERVICE-- Patients
Welcome to SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by New Life Clinical Research LLC d/b/a SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH and its affiliate New Life Clinical Research, LLC (collectively, “SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We help companies (our “Clients”) that are involved in clinical trials find suitable patients to participate in clinical studies (“Studies”). The Site may contain a list of upcoming Studies run by our Clients.
By using or accessing any SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following terms (this “Agreement”) governing the use of the site and our Services.
In addition to this Agreement, your use of the Site and our Services are also governed by our Privacy Policy (https://www.sikhsinclinicalresearch.com/privacy-policy). The Policies are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement.
Please review this Agreement and the Policies carefully. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Agreement (including the terms of the Policies), you must not use the Site or our Services.
1. Overview of the Site and Services
You can search for Studies and sign up to enquire about a study through the Site. In order enquire about a particular Study, you may need to provide your name, email address, phone number and/or brief medical history related to study (collectively, your “Personal Data”). Once you’ve signed up by providing this Personal Data, your information will be forwarded to the Client to determine if you qualify for the Study and they will contact you accordingly.
By signing up and enquiring about a study does not guarantee that you will qualify for the study or be contacted by Client. The Services provided to you will be limited to forwarding your collected information to our Client(s), who will check your eligibility for clinical trial study(ies).
When you sign up as a Candidate, we will keep your Personal Data for up to four years in order to consider you for one or more Studies. After that time, we may reach out to you by email (info@sikhsinclinicalresearch.com) and request if you would like us to continue to keep your Personal Data on file so that you can continue to be a Candidate for other Studies with our Client(s). If we do not contact you, or you tell us that you do not want to continue to be a Candidate, we will delete your Personal Data as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Use by Minors Prohibited
The Site and our Services are intended for those over the age of 18. Neither the Site nor the Services are intended for anyone under the age of 18 by themselves. Use of the Site or the Services by minors should be strictly under supervision of parent(s)/guardians.
3. Accuracy of Information You Provide
You represent and warrant that any and all information you provide to us shall be truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
4. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the Site.
5. License
SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH hereby grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use the Site solely for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, and preparation of derivative works, or other use. You agree not to copy materials on the Site, reverse engineer or break into the Site.
6. Termination
This Agreement shall be effective immediately upon your acceptance and shall continue so long as you continue to use the Site and the Services, or until your use of the Site and Services is terminated by SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH. If the Candidate wishes Sikhs in Clinical Research to delete your personal information from database, please contact us via email (info@sikhsinclinicalresearch.com). However, Sikhs in Clinical Research cannot delete your information that was shared with Sikhs in Clinical Research’s Client(s) for clinical trial study upon your prior request while filling the form as Sikhs in Clinical Research does not have access and rights to Client(s) database. However[Ma3] , Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 14 of this Agreement shall survive termination by either party.
7. Changes to this Agreement
We may modify this Agreement at any time upon posting of the modified terms with a new effective date. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately unless otherwise noted by later effective date. You can view the most recent version of this Agreement at any time at https://www.sikhsinclinicalresearch.com/terms-and-conditions. You should visit the Site and review the Agreement periodically to determine if any changes have been made. Your ongoing use of the Site and our Services shall constitute and be deemed your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement, and your acceptance of any changes or amendments.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH, its directors, officers, beneficial owners, and employees, from any liability, loss, claim, and expense, including attorneys’ fees, related to your violation of this Agreement.
9. Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION ON THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS”, AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT THE USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW, SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES, STATUTORY WARRANTIES, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES SHALL BE TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE AND SERVICES.
10. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES SHALL BE TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE AND SERVICES.
11. Assignment
SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH reserves the right to assign this Agreement without consent to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, reorganization, acquisition, or other transfer of all or substantially all of its assets or voting securities.
12. Waiver
The failure of SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
13. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
14. Applicable Law
The laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law’s provisions, will govern this Agreement and any dispute that may arise between you and SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH. The courts of the State of Illinois will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to hear or determine any dispute or controversy arising under or concerning this Agreement.
15. Entire Agreement
This Agreement (along with our Privacy Policy) constitutes the entire agreement between you and SIKHS IN CLINICAL RESEARCH regarding your use of the Site and our Services.
